Welcome to Newcastle United Foundation in association with Complete Football
In September 2008 Newcastle United Foundation entered into an exciting new partnership with Newcastle City Council to develop youth football across the city and beyond. The new scheme will be hosted by the Foundation, drawing upon the Council’s 20 year reputation in football development. We hope this partnership will reach over 25,000 young players over the next year.
Newcastle United Foundation is Newcastle United Football Club’s official charity (Registered Charity Number: 1124896). Our mission is to use the local passion for football to encourage learning and promote healthy lifestyles that will make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and families in our region.
Our strategic aims are:
1. To promote active and healthy lifestyles, particularly in disadvantaged communities
2. To inspire children to learn and help young people reach their potential
3. To engage young people in constructive activities that build safe, strong communities
4. To promote equality and value diversity
Our new scheme strives to be at the cutting edge of football development and to be a leader in its field; locally, regionally and nationally. Through a comprehensive education and mentoring programme, our dedicated and passionate coaching staff ensure our programmes are delivered to the highest possible standard.
