• No pitches will be booked until at least one full pitch payment has been made, either acting as a deposit or the full pitch payment.
• All payments shall be paid for before the session commences. If this is not adhered to, then your session shall be stopped while payment is collected, to ensure your booking is always one payment in advance (block bookings only).
• Block Bookings are for an unlimited period after you have committed at least 10 weeks bookings with us.
• Each booking can cancel once in a 10-week period and each request must be made in writing to Complete Football 7 days before your booking day and time.
• Failure to turn up for a booking or a cancellation being made giving less than 7 days notice, will result in the full payment being made.
• The fee must be paid by 6pm the following day otherwise your booking will be cancelled with immediate effect.
• Complete Football is able to cancel any Block Booking if circumstances have arisen to justify the cancellation.
• Any booking that mistreats the facilities in any way shall have their Block Booking terminated.
• The booking shall last for one-hour, giving time for changeover.
• In the unfortunate circumstances of an injury on the pitch, no refunds can be given or extra time played.
• Any Block Booking cancelling due to traffic problems will have to pay for their pitch as per usual.
• 7 days notice must be given in writing to terminate your block booking.
• Your block booking cannot be cancelled before.

Behaviour

Complete Football can prevent anyone entering the premises if they think their behaviour or appearance is unsuitable.

Players must show consideration for other people in the premises. Complete Football will not tolerate rude or abusive language or the threat or use of violence towards other guests or staff.

Players must obey notices and signs on display in the premises. Players and their guests should ensure that their children or other junior members under their supervision keep to the rules displayed at all times whilst on the premises. Players are responsible for the behaviour and actions of their children at all times whilst they are on the premises or using the facilities.

Please also note that children are playing close by on site, so please be aware of language and behaviour within this environment. 

Liability

Complete Football liability for damage or loss to user property is strictly limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of Complete Football negligence. With this exception Complete Football will not accept liability for the safety of users' personal property brought on to the premises. Any property stored in lockers is done so entirely at the user's risk. Vehicles parked on Complete Football property and all contents contained within are also at the owner's risk.

Complete Football staff are expressly forbidden to hold valuables (including changing and locker room keys) of any kind on behalf of players. Complete Football does not accept responsibility for any goods or items left within or in the care of its staff.

Complete Football cannot accept any liability for any accident or injury to any member, child or user that may happen on the premises or within the grounds of the premises, other than liability that arises from Complete Football’s negligence. If any member (or other user) suffers an accident or injury whilst on the premises, it, and its circumstances, must be reported immediately to the shift manager.

Physical Activity

Football is a vigorous sport and players and their guests should only undertake the activity to a level which reflects their level of fitness. Players and their guests are responsible for monitoring their own condition during play.

Complete Football will not be responsible for any harm you may suffer as a result of taking part in any activity on our premises unless it is caused by our negligence.

If any player or guest suffers any unusual reaction to playing or feels unwell, they must immediately:

• Stop the activity.
• Report it to the shift manager.
